What's new in store?

Now let's see what the design team have been up to this week.

Up first is Tammy's card and a small tutorial on how she made her card.

" I have used a mixture of papers from my stash. The paper on the front of this card is " Making Memories - Wedding ". The inside is from a cut-off, so not totally sure where is from etc.
The technique I have used for this card is fairly simple. NOT my idea, as I have seen it about in blogland a few times and have used this idea myself on a number occasions."

TEDDYBO_104
" You need to first print two images off, making sure they are both the same size.
Colour one in your choice of colours and the other in greys.
I used Poly Pencils."

" Once coloured, place in your die cutting machine - I used my cuttle bug, place small circle dies over the top and cut. I used a totally of three. I then mounted my grey image on to my card. "

" Then, using wet glue I attached the coloured circles over the top of the grey coloured image."

" Added Wildorchidcrafts flowers, sentment ( computer generated ) and butterfly peel-off to the card.
Some glitter was added to Bo's butterflies.
The inside of the card complements the front....I printed Bo again so that he fits snug in the corner. Coloured in greys. "

Next up is ........Angie's stunning card

Angie has coloured just the Bear's faces - as her extra colour and added glitter to their hats. The papers are from Raspberry Road.
She has made these wonderful crochet flowers herself and added buttons.
Swirl is a die cut she found in the bottom of her bits box.The lace is is also from her stash.

Annie's Card

Annie has used the gorguss new TEDDYBEA_138 and painted her dess in pink shimmer paint (which does not show up very well in the photo) and added glitter too, added Ranger Glossy Accents, glitter and pink distress powder to her hat. Made the black patterned background paper, used MS flower border punch, small dasiy punch, square scalloped nestie, clear embossing powder and a sentiment created on the computer...so here we have Black and White & a hint of Pink :0)))

Nela

Like Annie, Nela has used the same Bea....isnt she so sweet?
The red / black and white go together so well. Beautifully done.

Nicolchen

I´ve used for my card the cute pencil sketch *Bo´s Ballon Ride* in negative. After printing I wiped with a sponge's over the motive, so the colour removed in some places. I´ve used Bazill cardstock  in red and black. The pattern paper is by Art Plus and the sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps. The doily I made with die cut from Cheery Lynn Design and for the border I used a Martha Stewart punch. The decoration are only black pearls.

Claire

" I have used just normal pencils and blended it with a cotton bud. I've added a little pink to the card too. I hope you like it.
The mat is a bright pearl card which is soooo gorgeous in real life. "

Debbie

" For once I needn't worry about my shading and colouring being as good as the rest of you coz I haven't done any other than on the dragonfly  LOL! Patterned paper is Shery K designs - think it was Tammy who found them ".

Helle

" The choice of color was not so difficult because I got a block with a lovely pattern sheets as a birthday gift and have used one of them here.
"Steal a kiss", Teddybobea _066 is my choice of stamps today.
Colored with my Touch Markers.
Glorious flowers purchased in our local scrap store
"Only once in a lifetime" is a rub-on that I bought when Jill and I shopped like crazy when we met this summer. "

Pops

" I loved this challenge, I have used my favorite Teddy Bo image and MME Meadow Lark papers, I have kept it really simple as I loved the Black against the white, I have added a hint of Pink, using WOC Roses and a few pearl hearts, my sentiment is an old Elzybells one..."

Heather

As you may know Heather has had some health problems, so it is brilliant that she has felt well enough to join in with our challenge this week.

Gayle
Oh my goodness!!! I've just nearly passed out with shock, the boss has made a card, and it looks pretty good too!

I've used one of this week's new images "Bo in a Wreath", and chosen red as my other colour.

I coloured the image in Photoshop in full colour, then desaturated everything but the red. The paper is from Debbi Moore's Black and White Chic Boutique CD, the red metallic card is from Home Bargains, black organza ribbon from MeiFlower and white ribbon with rose from a local craft shop. I have paper pieced the J and Y, covered the red bow and ribbon with glossy accents and added nail gems as the berries.
